Bleh, exams are starting to get to me, but I just took a day off yesterday -- f*ck it!

I enjoyed the sunny day, though it's still way too cold for the time of the year.

I shredded the sweater myself and I'm pleased that I finally found a Guns n' Roses patch like this one.

I've seen a lot of these dotted tights lately in different blogs, didn't plan on getting them, but then I got convinced and decided to give it a try! I must say, I really like them, they're quite interesting, but very fragile though! They're for sale @ H&M right now, in a double pack (!) along with striped ones, so it's a pretty good deal for only €4.95.

Oh yea - big step for my blogging : today I finally used my tripod! I bought it in...january or something and only used it once here . As we all know, it is HELL to take pictures of yourself, so I'm quite satisfied with the result, it's only the second time.

New Bag

Oh yeah, H&M... don't know what happened but they have got amazing stuff right now! I was quite overwhelmed, it doesn't happen to me a lot: entering the store and liking almost everything. I first checked it out a couple of days ago and I desired a lot of things there, but once you return to actually shop, you realize you're about to spend your money and  that's when the wisdom kicks in. No more impulsive I-want-it-all shopping, you end up buying things you wear once or twice and then they just hang there because you're no longer sure about them. My closet is FULL, though it's a small wooden thing (not a walk-in or anything:-p) so I was looking for new things while keeping in mind that I'll only buy what I realy need and will like for a long time. So I ended up with this maxi dress and this bag! I've been looking for a simple cotton dress like this for some time, so I'm glad about this one. I started to get bored with my most recent bag, so I decided to buy a new one, and with this baby it was love at first sight! It doesn't feel big, but it's really spatious! Great.

Went to Bobbejaanland, a theme park! a fun day, but it was a little cold and it rained at times, oh well, enjoyed it anyways!

This is the outfit I wore yesterday on a night out.


I absolutely love this shirt: it’s so soft, it falls right, it’s light, it’s amazing. They've got some cool stuff at Bershka right now, you should check it out ;-). I got it along with three other items and some jewelry on Friday – a very lucky shopping day! I finally had some money to spend, though I wasn’t looking for anything in particular, so I wondered from shop to shop in Antwerp. But then! I discovered this Talking French outlet store where they also had sales! So I bought two sweaters and a skirt (stay tuned!), all for only €15 ($19) instead of the regular price which otherwise would have been €270 ($343)! Having some budget left after this I got two awesome rings (leopard/panther head ring and the one with the big blue stone) and a metal bracelet at Jutka & Riska. It’s a great store where they’ve got classy vintage stuff, but also new items, like this jewelry for example.

I must say it’s exciting to shop “ for real” once in a while, by that I mean not at thrift stores. Don’t get me wrong I love thrift shopping, it has its own kind of charm, but I was glad that I didn’t have to wash the clothing before I could wear it, for once! ;-D
